ePMSmobile is an app for event clients of the Chips at Work GmbH.
As an event organizer you are able to manage your guests by yourself – everything at a glance and real-time. The app is a support for all of your onsite services, e.g., entrance control, management and administration of guest data as well as live reportings, evaluation and event data.
The guest checkin follows via QR code scan in the app or by choice of the guest name in the list of participants. There is a real time evaluation of guests who are already on the event or live changes of guest data.
Every iPhone or iPad device is connected with each other within data bank so that every team member is able to see the changes on guest data on a real-time basis.
No additional printing costs for updated lists of participants, no overlappings of information, no extra lists – you have all information in your hand and never lose the contact to your guests at any time.

According to the booked event package the functions are released and configured by Chips at Work.
